Track the latest changes and plans for my website
Added functionality to automatically add an icon () after external links. I was previously doing this manually.
Added the style guide and changelog pages to the website. These pages show my brand/content vision and the progress I have made.
Fixed the logo size and color to better match my new brand colors.
Updated the site logo to match the new darker blue. This change make it easier to read with better contrast. Also fixed an issue where webp images were not loading properly on the photos page.
Updated the homepage to pull the latest photo from the photos page as the hero image at the top. At the bottom you can find the location of the photo. Clicking the image will bring you to details about the photo.
Changed the images on the site to serve webp by default and jpg/png if it is unsupported.
I extended the commenting feature to the moments section. I also took the site down for a bit trying to adjust the url to include the date.
Added the latest moment to the homepage and reconfigured the current time and weather section.
Fixed spacing issues across some of the pages to make them consistent across devices. Also added a photography section to house all of my photos.
A little rocky releasing Kirby last night but the issue is resolved! Really enjoying the platform and highly recommend.
Decided to move my website to Kirby.
Finished my first JavaScript API project by having the current time and weather on the homepage.
